Post from my calendar

Every morning, sends the next two days of calendar posts to you for approval.

What it does

Step by step, in the order it runs.
  1. 01On a schedule
  2. 02Queue calendar posts
  3. 03Check there is something to work with
  4. 04Send a notification

How it works in overads

Use this template and it is copied into your workspace as a workflow you own: every step is editable on the canvas, it can be renamed, pinned or archived (archiving pauses it), and it stays switched off until you turn it on. Test run walks the reads and conditions and reports what would be staged without staging it, and Run now works while the workflow is still switched off.

It runs on the schedule shown above. The templates ship in India time (Asia/Kolkata); change the day, hour and timezone on the trigger step.

It reads and reports; the only thing it sends is the notification to your team. Notifications go by email, and to any Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams channel verified under Settings > Notifications.

Every Tuesday, take the next question prospects ask your sales team from a list you keep, write a LinkedIn post that answers it the way your best salesperson would on a call, and leave it for approval. When the list runs out it tells you instead of repeating itself.
