Social media scheduler for multiple accounts: one queue, every channel, a teammate on approve

In short

  • overads is a social media scheduler for multiple accounts: it holds Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pinterest accounts in one workspace, publishes one post to the accounts you pick at the time you set, and waits for a teammate's approval first when approval is on.
  • Neither plan caps how many accounts you connect, how many workspaces you create or how many members you invite.
  • Each network's own scheduler reaches one network and describes no approval step: Instagram and Pinterest schedule up to 30 days ahead, a Facebook Page up to 29 days, LinkedIn up to 3 months, and Bluesky documents none.
  • Pro is $19 a month and Scale is $49, paid from day one; $15 and $39 a month billed annually.

What a social media scheduler for multiple accounts does

A social media scheduler for multiple accounts is one queue that holds several social accounts, takes a post once and publishes it to the accounts you choose at the time you choose. The accounts can be on different networks, a profile and a Company Page on the same network, or one brand's accounts next to a client's.

overads is that queue for 7 networks today: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pinterest. Neither plan caps how many accounts you connect, how many workspaces you create or how many members you invite. Every post carries a delivery log with one line per account, so a post that reached six accounts and failed on the seventh says which one and why.

Threads, YouTube and TikTok are built in overads but still in each platform's review, so they do not publish for customers yet and are not counted above.

Which accounts you can connect to overads

overads connects the accounts in the table below, and each row is read from the same publish registry that the docs and the limit checks use, so a review decision changes this page in the same commit. Limits are checked when you create or edit a post, so an over-limit post is refused at once with a sentence naming the cap, not at the scheduled minute.

LinkedIn, X and Bluesky have a page of their own here, with that network's own scheduling rules in detail. Every network has a page in the docs with the connection steps and the full media rules.

What each network's own scheduler allows

Every network except Bluesky documents a way to schedule a post in its own app or API, and each one reaches that network only. The table sets them side by side, from each network's own page, read on the date in the caption.

How approval works across every account

An approval step in overads holds a scheduled post, whichever accounts it is going to, until a workspace member approves it in the app. One post, one approval: the post then delivers to every account you picked. There are two ways to turn it on, and either one holds the post the same way:

  • Per post: switch on approval in the composer when you schedule it. Use this when one post needs a second pair of eyes.
  • For the whole workspace: an owner or admin turns on Settings > Rules > Require approval. Every scheduled post then waits, whether you wrote it in the app, the assistant drafted it or a workflow made it, and the composer shows the switch on and locked.

A held post stays in the approval queue and cannot be published early to skip the step; you can edit it while it waits. The API and the MCP server can create a held post but cannot approve one. None of the 7 networks' own schedulers describes a review step before a scheduled post goes out, which is the gap this fills. The full rules, including the webhooks that fire when a post enters the queue and when it is approved, are in Scheduling and approvals; the approval workflow tools guide compares how other tools handle the same step.

How to run several accounts from one queue

  1. Connect each account from the app with the network's own sign-in (Bluesky takes an app password instead). A LinkedIn Company Page is added after the profile and becomes its own account.
  2. For a client's accounts, make a workspace for the client and send them a hosted connect link, so they sign in to each network themselves and the tokens land in their workspace (Managed workspaces).
  3. Write the post in Publish and pick the accounts it goes to. Each account shows its own preview, and the composer flags a post that is over a network's limit before you schedule it.
  4. Change the text per network where it helps: a shorter X version, a Pinterest title. The cross-platform posting guide covers per-network variants.
  5. Pick the date and time, and switch on approval if a teammate should read it first.
  6. Once it is approved, overads publishes it at that time, and the post's delivery log shows the result for each account.

The same works over the REST API and the MCP server: create the post with scheduledAt and the connection ids of the accounts, and a member approves it in the app. Workflows that draft posts on a schedule put them in the same queue and wait for approval by default.

What it costs

Pro is $19 a month and Scale is $49, paid from day one; $15 and $39 a month billed annually. Neither plan caps how many accounts you connect, how many workspaces you create or how many members you invite. Plans are on pricing.

When another scheduler fits better

Choose a network's own scheduler or another tool when:

  • You post to one network, alone, and need no approval step. Instagram, a Facebook Page, LinkedIn and Pinterest each schedule from their own app within the windows in the table.
  • You want to schedule a thread on X or Bluesky. overads sends one post at a time, and a reply can only point at a post that already exists.
  • You post video to LinkedIn. overads sends text and images to LinkedIn today.
  • You want analytics on an account's post history. overads reports on the posts it published, not on a network's full history.
  • You also need to post to Threads, YouTube and TikTok. Those channels are built in overads but still in each platform's review, and do not publish for customers yet.

overads fits a small team or an agency that runs several accounts, wants a teammate or a client to approve posts, and would rather keep one queue than one scheduler per network.

Frequently asked questions

Does one post need an approval for every account it goes to?

No. Approval is on the post, not on each account. One member approves it once in the app, and it then delivers to every account you picked at the scheduled time.

Can a client connect their own accounts without joining my workspace?

Yes. Make a workspace for the client and send them a hosted connect link. They sign in to each network with the network's own login, the tokens land in their workspace, and the link grants nothing else.

Does a scheduled post go out if nobody approves it?

No. A post held for approval stays in the queue and the scheduler does not deliver it until a workspace member approves it in the app. A post without the approval step publishes at its time.

Does overads post to Threads, YouTube and TikTok?

Not yet. Those channels are built and connectable but each is still in its platform's review, so they do not publish for customers. The docs page for each one says what is waiting on whom.
