How does billing work?

You pay when you sign up, and early users get a discounted first month. We collect a card at checkout so your data starts flowing right away, and you can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.

What counts as an ad account?

Nothing counts toward a cap, because there is no cap. Ad accounts, team seats and workspaces are unlimited on every plan, including Starter, so connect every Meta Business Manager account, Google Ads MCC client and sub-account you have. We only meter the things that cost us money to run for you: Signals sites and scan frequency, Creative Studio credits, and AI suggestions per day.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then. You can also switch between monthly and annual at any time.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, no questions, no email tag. Monthly plans end at the next renewal date. Annual plans receive a prorated refund within the first 30 days of a new term.
