How does the 14-day free trial work?

Every self-serve plan starts with 14 days of full feature access. No credit card is required to start. We email you on day 7 and day 12 so the renewal never sneaks up. Add a card any time during the trial to keep your data flowing the moment it ends.
What counts as an ad account?
+
One authenticated connection to a single advertiser entity on a platform, for example, one Meta Business Manager ad account or one Google Ads MCC client. Sub-accounts under the same authentication count individually toward the cap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then. You can also switch between monthly and annual at any time.
How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, no questions, no email tag. Monthly plans end at the next renewal date. Annual plans receive a prorated refund within the first 30 days of a new term.
Who owns my data?

You do. We never sell or share ad-platform data, and we don't train models on your raw metrics. Export to CSV any time. On workspace deletion we purge raw metric data within 30 days; details in the DPA.
How does AI suggestion pricing work?

Each plan has a daily cap on the number of grounded suggestions the agent will surface. We never charge per-token; the cap exists to keep results focused on the highest-signal actions. Scale is uncapped.
Is overads secure?
+
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS, scoped per workspace. Webhooks are signature-verified. Every workspace-scoped query is gated by an explicit tenant context. SOC 2 Type II evidence collection is in progress.
