How does billing work?
overads has two plans, Pro and Scale, and no free tier. Pro is $19 a month, or $15 a month billed annually, and Scale is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed annually. Annual billing is one payment for the year: $180 for Pro, $468 for Scale. Payments go through Stripe, and the price on this page is the price you pay.
Is there a trial?
No. Pro and Scale are paid from day one: your card is charged when you subscribe, for the month or for the year, and the subscription renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings, Billing.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Settings, then Billing, and cancel there. No email, no call. Cancelling stops your subscription renewing: you keep the plan until the end of the month or year you paid for.
What happens if I do not subscribe?
Your workspaces pause. While paused nothing runs: no publishing, workflows, ad syncs, reports or briefs. Your data is kept, and you can still sign in to choose a plan or delete your account; for a copy of your data, email hello@overads.io. Subscribe and everything starts again; posts that were scheduled for a time that passed while paused go back to drafts instead of going out late.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, as section 6 of our Terms of service says. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Does one subscription cover all my workspaces?
Yes. One subscription covers every workspace you own, including the client workspaces an agency creates. Workspaces, seats and ad accounts are unlimited on both plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Moving from Pro to Scale applies right away. Moving down takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep the limits you paid for until then, and anything above the lower caps simply stops growing rather than disappearing. You can also switch between monthly and annual in Settings, Billing.
What counts as an ad account?
Nothing counts toward a cap, because there is no cap. Ad accounts and team seats are unlimited on both plans, so connect every Meta Business Manager account and Google Ads account you have, manager and sub-accounts included. We only meter the things that cost us money to run for you: Signals sites and how often they are scanned, image and video credits, AI suggestions per day, and assistant messages per day.
Can I buy more credits, sites or engines?
Credits, yes: one-time image and video credit packs can be bought in Settings, Billing on either plan, on top of the plan's own 150 credits a month on Pro or 500 on Scale. Sites and engines, no: Pro includes Signals on 1 site and Scale on 3 sites, each scanned weekly, and nothing is scanned daily on any plan. Signals is built to read Gemini and Perplexity on every plan and no other engines, and that scan is switched off today.
How does AI suggestion pricing work?
Each plan has a daily cap on how many suggestions the AI surfaces: 15 on Pro, 25 on Scale. We never charge per suggestion; the cap exists to keep the list short enough to act on.
How many workflows can I build by chatting?
Building a workflow is a conversation with the assistant, and each plan has a daily number of messages on each of its two models. Fast handles most requests: 150 messages a day on Pro, 400 on Scale. Smart is slower and more careful, for workflows with several steps: 40 a day on Pro, 120 on Scale. Counters reset at midnight UTC, a message that fails is not counted, and saved workflows keep running whatever is left of the day's messages.
Who owns my data?
You do. We never sell or share ad-platform data, and we don't train models on your raw metrics. For a copy of your data, email hello@overads.io. On workspace deletion we purge raw metric data within 30 days; details in our data processing agreement.
Is overads secure?
The sign-in tokens that link your ad accounts are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS and locked to one workspace. Incoming platform webhooks are signature-checked before we trust them. Every query that reads your data is scoped to your workspace. SOC 2 Type II evidence collection is in progress.
