Meta One pricing for business: what each plan costs and unlocks

Meta One's four business plans cost $14.99 to $499 a month for each Facebook Page, Instagram profile or WhatsApp number. A feature-by-feature table from Meta's own pages, the monthly link caps, per-profile costs and what stays free.

Title card on a dark, misty photograph: the overads wordmark, the label Social publishing, and the headline Meta One pricing for business: what each plan costs and unlocks

TL;DR

  • Meta One for business costs $14.99 (Essential), $49.99 (Advanced), $149 (Expert) or $499 (Max) a month in US dollars, for each Facebook Page, Instagram profile or WhatsApp Business number. Meta says prices vary by region and the core apps stay free.
  • Clickable links in Instagram posts and reels, story scheduling in the Instagram app and competitive insights start at Advanced. Advanced allows links in 4 Instagram posts and 4 Instagram reels a month, and unused links do not roll over.
  • Without a plan, Instagram schedules posts and reels up to 30 days ahead, and Meta One raises that to 365 days. Meta Business Suite's help page still describes story scheduling for Facebook and Instagram with no plan named.
  • If links are the reason to buy, Advanced works out at about $6.25 per linked Instagram post or reel. Each higher plan costs more per link, because it is priced for seats, support and WhatsApp capacity instead.

What the four Meta One business plans cost

Meta One for business has four plans, priced in US dollars per profile: Essential at $14.99 a month, Advanced at $49.99, Expert at $149 and Max at $499. Meta's Meta One plan page states each price per Facebook Page, per Instagram profile or per WhatsApp Business number, and Meta's business announcement says each plan covers one account. Meta launched the plans on September 15, 2026, inside a wider Meta One subscription that also sells plans to individuals and creators.

Meta One business plan prices, USD
PlanA month, one profileA month, three profilesA year, one profile
Essential$14.99$44.97$179.88
Advanced$49.99$149.97$599.88
Expert$149.00$447.00$1,788.00
Max$499.00$1,497.00$5,988.00

Four conditions sit around those prices:

  • Prices vary. Meta says plans, benefits, pricing and availability may vary by region, by app and by account, and its newsroom post calls each figure a starting price.
  • Not every business is offered every plan. A footnote on Meta's plan page says Meta decides plan availability from a business's activity on its apps, which can include profile visits, post engagement and message conversations.
  • Sign-up happens on a phone. Meta's About Meta One plans page says Meta One is offered through Meta's apps on iPhone and Android, and that web sign-up is not available yet. Meta's subscription billing page lists the Apple App Store and Google Play as the payment routes, and ties each subscription to the store account that bought it.
  • The rollout is uneven. Meta's newsroom post says the plans are available globally, while its Help Centre says Meta One is in limited testing and not available everywhere yet.

Meta's launch post reported 15 million Meta One subscriptions and trials to date. It did not split that figure by plan, so it says nothing about business plans alone.

What each Meta One business plan includes

Each Meta One business plan includes everything in the plan below it and adds more. The table is assembled from Meta's plan page and its Help Centre article on the plans, both read on September 29, 2026. A cell reads "No" or "None" where Meta lists the feature only for higher plans.

Meta publishes no number for the Meta Business Agent allowance on any plan. Its plan page describes the tiers only as more, even more, expanded and maximum access to AI responses, so a business cannot compare them on that allowance before it subscribes.

The verified badge and impersonation protection need a successful verification on every plan. Every business plan also carries the Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus and WhatsApp Plus benefits, such as custom app icons, according to Meta's Help Centre.

Meta One caps links in Instagram posts and reels per month by plan: 4 posts and 4 reels on Advanced, 8 and 8 on Expert, and 12 and 12 on Max, according to Meta's help page on links in posts and reels. Essential includes no links in posts or reels. Facebook reels have caps of their own: 8 a month on Advanced, 20 on Expert and no limit on Max. The rules:

  • Posts and reels have separate monthly allowances.
  • The count resets on the date the subscription renews, and unused links do not carry over.
  • A post or reel needs a caption before a link can be added.
  • A link cannot be edited after the post or reel is shared.
  • Three kinds of link do not count toward the cap: links to Meta's own apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Threads), product and affiliate links from a business's commerce catalogue on Meta, and links in ads.

A free Instagram account can still add up to five websites to its profile, according to Instagram's Help Centre. The link page that every business plan adds holds up to 20 links, with images and custom text, and has its own URL for use outside Instagram.

What stays free without a Meta One plan

Meta says the core experience of its apps stays free, and its Meta One announcement names no feature taken away from free accounts: the plans are described as additions. These are the limits a free account works within, as Meta's own pages state them on September 29, 2026:

  • Instagram posts and reels can be scheduled up to 30 days ahead without a subscription, and up to 365 days ahead on Advanced or above, according to Meta's help page on scheduling posts and reels.
  • Scheduling stories in the Instagram app needs Advanced or above, according to Meta's help page on scheduling stories. Meta's Business Suite help page on stories still describes a Schedule option for Facebook and Instagram stories in Meta Business Suite on desktop, and names no plan.
  • Meta Business Agent is free to get started, and a plan adds more responses a month, according to Meta's business announcement.
  • Meta AI stays free for everyday use. Meta's August 19, 2026 post on Meta AI for small businesses says its new business features, including ad reviews and benchmarks against comparable brands, are free to start, and that heavier users will be able to subscribe to Meta One.
  • Existing Meta Verified subscribers see no change for now. Meta says it is bringing Meta Verified into Meta One and will tell subscribers when they can switch.

Meta One's per-profile pricing means the bill grows with the number of Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles and WhatsApp Business numbers a business subscribes, not with the size of its team. A brand that wants Advanced on its Instagram profile, its Facebook Page and its WhatsApp Business number pays $149.97 a month, about the price of one Expert plan.

Meta's plan page adds that some benefits apply across all profiles linked to an account, while others apply only to the subscribed profile, and it points to the subscription flow to see which is which. Check that flow before buying a plan for each profile.

For agencies, per-profile pricing and app-store billing combine. Each client profile needs its own subscription, and each subscription is managed from the Apple or Google account that bought it, so decide before subscribing whether the client or the agency holds each one.

If links in Instagram posts and reels are the main reason to subscribe, the cost per link rises with each plan:

Cost per linked Instagram post or reel, if every link is used
PlanPrice a monthInstagram posts and reels with linksCost per link
Advanced$49.998$6.25
Expert$149.0016$9.31
Max$499.0024$20.79

Method: the monthly price for one profile divided by that plan's combined allowance of Instagram posts and reels with links, using the US dollar prices on Meta's plan page and the allowances on its links help page, both read on September 29, 2026. Facebook reel links, which Meta counts separately, are left out. The higher plans are priced for shared access, support and WhatsApp capacity rather than for links.

Does Meta One change how Meta ads work

Meta One does not change how Meta ads are bought. None of Meta's Meta One pages describes a change to Ads Manager, the ad auction or ad billing, and the subscription is paid separately, through the Apple or Google app store. Links in ads do not count against a Meta One link allowance.

One Meta One feature looks at rivals' ads. Competitive insights on Instagram compares an account with up to 10 public accounts, according to Meta's competitive insights help page. Meta says it uses only public information, such as follower counts and the numbers of posts, reels and ads each account published. Ad spend is not on that list.

Reviews of a business's own Meta ad performance sit outside Meta One. Meta's August 19, 2026 post says Meta AI can review Meta ad campaigns and suggest changes, free to start.

Is Meta One worth it for a small business

Meta One is worth it for a small business when it needs a feature only a plan provides: clickable links inside Instagram posts and reels, a verified badge, or more Meta Business Agent replies. For several other plan features, Meta itself documents a free route.

A Meta One subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with its benefits kept until the end of the billing period, according to Meta's plan page. Testing Advanced for one month therefore costs $49.99 for one profile.

What Meta One does not cover

Meta One covers Meta's own apps only: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI at launch, with Edits and AI glasses to follow, according to the newsroom post. It does not publish to LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube or any other network. It does not buy or manage ads. And a plan covers one profile.

Several plan features apply to one app only. Competitive insights, shared access and story scheduling in the app are Instagram features. Custom audience insights and the bold follow button are Facebook features. Verified channels and broadcast credits are WhatsApp features.

Where overads fits

overads Publish does not post to Instagram or Facebook for customers today, so overads is not an alternative to Meta One or Meta Business Suite for scheduling on Meta's apps. Both channels are built and awaiting Meta's approval, after Meta declined the publishing permissions at App Review in July 2026. The Facebook channel page records the same status.

overads Publish posts organic content to X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pinterest today, which are networks Meta One does not reach. A post can be held for a teammate's approval before it goes out, as the scheduling and approvals guide describes.

overads Ads manager reads Meta, Google and Snapchat ad accounts read-only. It proposes changes, and a person applies them in each platform's own ads manager. It does not manage Meta One subscriptions or link allowances.

For scheduling Instagram and Facebook content today, Meta Business Suite, which is free, or a Meta One plan fits better than overads.

Frequently asked questions

Meta says Meta One builds on Meta Verified and includes its verified badge and impersonation protection. Nothing changes for current Meta Verified subscribers yet, and Meta says it will notify them when they can switch.

Is Meta AI still free?

Yes. Meta says Meta AI is free for everyone, and that Meta One adds more use of some AI features, such as Meta Business Agent and image and video generation.

Is Meta One available in my country?

Possibly not yet. Meta's Help Centre says Meta One is in limited testing and not available everywhere, and the subscription flow in the Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp app shows which plans a given account can buy.
